About Us
Tim Regan
Tim has been dancing and teaching for 8 years and is an ISTD qualified Ballroom and Latin instructor.
Specialising in Ballroom and Latin American styles, Tim’s training began whilst he was studying at University. After completing his course, he decided to put his passion first and make dancing his priority.
He has since competed in Ballroom and Latin American competitions across the UK, including winning the Staffordshire Championships, and has taught at three different studios around the UK. In addition, Tim has taught and performed in the USA, Crete, onboard Fred Olsen Cruise Lines, and for Haven Holiday Parks and Warner Leisure hotels, and also appeared as a salsa dancer in the music video for the Guru Project’s hit ‘This is the Night.’
Currently, Tim is working as a freelance teacher in Brighton, running private and group lessons, as well as fun dances for hen parties. He is also the lead choreographer and dancer for Alive and Swinging, a highly acclaimed tribute show in Brighton, and also regularly performs at celebrations and events across East Sussex and London.
In September 2011, he competed with his partner, Cara, in the heats of a national talent competition in London, at which his routine won first place. He is now hoping to repeat this success at the competition’s final in January 2012.
